After meetings with digital marketing companies and social media experts, I feel like the pieces of my puzzle are finally coming together.
I have also had a wonderful man help me with my website, something I have struggled with for a long time. With this being my third website after all the changes that have gone on recently, my ability to build yet another one was beginning to dwindle. David to the rescue!!!! Phew!
As my schedule and training picks up momentum, I am starting daily video diaries which will go on my Facebook page. A short video of my workouts, what I eat, where I go, who I meet and the highs and lows of my rowing challenges and it their prep.
I’m enjoying doing video edits of adventures and events which will go on my You Tube channel.
Everyday stuff, I’ll chuck that on Twitter.
And for cool pictures, and announcements of blog updates, they will go on Instagram.
Follow, Like, Subscribe – do it all 😀
I have just worked out there are 457 days until I stand at the start line for the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, my 3,000 mile ocean adventure. I do not have boat, I do not have a team, I have zero money but what I do have is passion, ideas and a monstrous amount of determination to make it happen.
I am scared but excited in one. I’m scared as there is so much to do and so much to learn and excited for what the future holds. I am going to learn so much and meet so many wonderful people, plus raise money for 2 fantastic charities. I’ve never raised more than £500 for a charity in the past and look forward to actually making a difference to someones life!
I hope you enjoy following my journey x
