Maximising On Training

By LT:

I have just qualified as a fitness coach as a way of going after my dream career but also as a way to allow me to train more to become stronger for the ocean.

My previous career was in beauty therapy, a job that I had done since I was 18 years old. 12 years of doing the same thing was all I ever knew. I was bloody good at it but aged 33 it wasn’t fulfilling me anymore.

The cosmetics, the products, the materialistic world all of a sudden no longer appealed to me so I went in search for a new career.

It’s been 3 months since I took the plunge and trained as a gym instructor.
I’ve got to admit, it’s pretty scary changing a career aged 34, and not really knowing anything different. Despite having worked out since I was a teenager, been to numerous fitness classes, educated myself on fitness and knowing a great deal about it, when it comes to the crunch, it all becomes very daunting. I’m more scared of delving into my new career (despite loving it!) than I am of the sharks, the swells and the torments of the ocean.

Thankfully, Mat and I have found a company to support us in our missions to change our careers.  I, especially, want an excuse to roam around in my activewear allowing me to train at the drop of a hat. With each additional training session, I will become stronger for the ocean.  More importantly, I am wanting to help people improve their health, fitness, mental health and overall wellbeing through movement and fitness and inspire people to take on challenges and adventures.

And so here the story begins…..

Here is a post about the Body Aid Solutions Circuit Instructor course that I took a few weeks back: http://ltfactor.co.uk/circuits/

Thank you Body Aid Solutions for helping me achieve this qualification to get me on the right tracks for shaping my life. AND giving me an income to fund my adventures xxxx
